Safety comes before the score

Never continue a challenge just to protect your streak, beat a personal best or improve a ranking. If something feels unsafe, stop.

01

Before you start

Take a moment before every C365 challenge to make sure you are ready to train safely.

  • Read the challenge instructions and rules first.
  • Watch the demonstration before attempting an unfamiliar movement.
  • Make sure you understand the scoring method.
  • Check that you have enough clear space.
  • Use appropriate footwear and equipment.
  • Do not start if you feel unwell or injured.
02

Choose a safe training area

Your surroundings matter. Perform challenges only where there is enough space to move without putting yourself or other people at unnecessary risk.

Clear space

Remove bags, furniture, bottles, cones or other objects you could trip over or collide with.

Avoid hazards

Do not train close to traffic, stairs, windows, glass, water or other dangerous areas.

Check the surface

Avoid holes, loose objects, slippery areas or surfaces that are unsuitable for the movement being performed.

Respect others

Make sure your training does not create a risk for pedestrians, teammates, pets or other people nearby.

03

Use appropriate equipment

Use football equipment that is suitable for your age, ability and training environment.

  • Check that your ball is in usable condition.
  • Wear suitable footwear for the playing surface.
  • Make sure cones or markers cannot cause an avoidable trip hazard.
  • Do not use damaged equipment.
  • Follow any equipment-specific instructions shown for the challenge.
04

Listen to your body

Stop if something does not feel right.

Pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, loss of balance or unexpected discomfort are reasons to stop training.

Do not continue a challenge because you want to complete the day, preserve a streak or beat a score.

If you are injured, recovering from an injury or uncertain whether an exercise is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional guidance before continuing.

05

Warm up before training

C365 challenges may be short, but that does not mean your body should go from complete rest directly into fast or repetitive movement.

Use an appropriate warm-up before training, especially before challenges involving rapid direction changes, jumping, repeated striking or high-speed movement.

A warm-up should be appropriate to your age, fitness level and the activity you are about to perform.

06

Follow the challenge instructions

Challenge demonstrations and rules are part of the intended C365 training experience.

  • Do not deliberately make a challenge more dangerous to increase your score.
  • Do not use heavier or inappropriate equipment unless the challenge specifically requires it.
  • Do not perform challenges in smaller spaces than recommended when doing so creates a risk.
  • If a movement is beyond your current ability, stop rather than forcing the attempt.
07

Young players

Younger players may need additional supervision when using C365.

Parents, guardians and coaches

Consider the player's age, experience, coordination, physical development and training environment when deciding whether a challenge is appropriate.

Where supervision would normally be appropriate for a particular activity or age group, C365 should not be treated as a replacement for that supervision.

08

Recording challenge attempts

Recording an attempt is optional unless a specific competition states otherwise.

If you record a challenge, set up the phone or camera before starting. Do not hold or adjust a device while performing an exercise where doing so could make the movement unsafe.

  • Position recording equipment outside your movement area.
  • Do not place phones or tripods where someone could collide with them.
  • Respect the privacy of other people appearing in the recording.
  • Consider the privacy settings of any social platform used to share the recording.
09

Weather and environmental conditions

Outdoor conditions can make an otherwise simple challenge unsafe.

Wet surfaces

Rain can make grass, artificial turf, pavement and other surfaces slippery.

Heat

Take appropriate breaks, stay hydrated and avoid unsafe training conditions during extreme heat.

Ice & cold

Do not use surfaces affected by ice, frost or other conditions that significantly reduce grip.

Severe weather

Do not continue outdoor training during dangerous weather conditions.

10

C365 is not medical advice

C365 provides general football training challenges and demonstrations. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physiotherapy or individualized healthcare advice.

If you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery or other concern that could affect your ability to exercise safely, seek appropriate professional advice before participating.

11

If something goes wrong

Stop the activity immediately if an injury or potentially serious medical problem occurs.

For urgent or serious situations, seek appropriate local emergency or medical assistance rather than relying on C365 for guidance.

C365 should never delay someone from seeking professional help when it is needed.

12

Safety questions
