In short

C365 uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login, security and core platform functionality. Optional tracking should only be used where explicitly enabled and, where required, after consent.

01

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your browser or device.

They are commonly used to remember whether you are signed in, maintain secure sessions, store preferences and support website functionality.

Similar technologies, such as local storage or security tokens, may serve related purposes.

02

How C365 uses cookies

C365 uses cookies and related technologies where necessary to provide and secure the service.

  • Keep you signed in to your C365 account.
  • Protect forms and account actions against unauthorized requests.
  • Support account verification and security.
  • Maintain essential session state.
  • Remember certain technical or consent-related preferences where applicable.
03

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for C365 to work correctly and securely. The platform cannot provide certain core features without them.

Authentication

Used to recognize an authenticated member and keep them signed in securely.

Anti-forgery protection

Helps protect forms and sensitive account actions against forged requests.

Session functionality

May be used to maintain short-lived application state required for normal operation.

Preferences

May be used to remember essential settings or cookie choices where such settings are provided.

Essential cookies do not exist for advertising purposes.

They are used because they are necessary to provide requested functionality, maintain security or remember required settings.

04

Security technologies

C365 may use security services designed to prevent automated abuse, spam, fraudulent registrations or attacks against forms and accounts.

For example, where reCAPTCHA or a similar service is enabled, that provider may process technical information and use cookies or related technologies to distinguish legitimate users from automated activity.

The exact technologies used may change as C365 improves its security controls.

05

Analytics and advertising cookies

At present, C365 should only describe analytics, advertising or marketing cookies here if those technologies are actually enabled on the platform.

No unnecessary tracking should be assumed.

If C365 later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking technologies, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be provided where required by law.

06

Third-party cookies and technologies

Some functionality may involve third-party providers. Those providers may set or access cookies or similar technologies according to their own services and policies.

Stripe

Stripe may use cookies and security technologies when you use its hosted Checkout or Customer Portal.

Security providers

Anti-abuse or captcha services may use technical identifiers to protect forms and account access.

Third-party services are responsible for their own processing activities. Their privacy and cookie practices may differ from those of C365.

07

Your cookie choices

Most browsers allow you to inspect, delete or block cookies through browser settings.

Blocking essential C365 cookies may prevent account login, form submission or other parts of the platform from working correctly.

If C365 introduces optional cookies that require consent, you will be given an appropriate way to accept, reject or manage those optional cookies.

Essential cookies cannot simply be disabled inside C365.

They are required for core functionality. You can still block them through your browser, but parts of the service may stop working.

08

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when C365 changes the technologies it uses or when legal requirements evolve.

The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.
