Challenge activity
We process challenge attempts, scores, completion dates, personal bests, progress and streak information.
Evidence links
If you choose to provide a link to a recorded challenge attempt, C365 stores the URL you submit. The linked content may be hosted by a third-party platform.
Membership information
We store information necessary to manage your C365 plan, such as membership level, subscription status, billing interval, renewal or end date and Stripe identifiers.
Communications
When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, subject and message so we can respond.
Technical information
Our systems may process technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, request logs and authentication activity where needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information

Payments and Stripe
C365 uses Stripe to provide subscription checkout and billing management.
C365 does not need to store your full
card number.
Payment details entered through Stripe are processed by Stripe. C365 receives information required to associate your Stripe customer and subscription with your C365 account and to determine your membership status.
This may include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan information, subscription status, billing interval, renewal dates and cancellation state.
Service providers and third parties
We may use trusted service providers to operate parts of C365. They may process information only as required to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
